¿De qué modo debo incluir las fotos de carnet?
Se puede pegar la foto con cinta transparente o incluirla simplemente sin pegar. ¡No se olvide de la foto de carnet! Es muy importante que incluya una foto (37 mm x 37 mm /1,5 inches o 50 mm x 50 mm / 2 inches x 2 inches, vista frontal y fondo de color claro y unicolor) de cada miembro de su familia (cónyuge y hijos menores de 21 años si no están casados). Por favor escriba el nombre completo y la fecha de nacimiento en la parte de atrás.
