Как приложить фотографию?
Пожалуйста, пользуйтесь клейкой лентой, чтобы прикрепить вашу личную фотографию (т.е. фото главного заявителя) на предусмотренном месте, на первой странице анкеты. Не пользуйтесь клеем. Напишите имя, фамилию и дату рождения на оборотной стороне фотографии.
Если кроме Вас есть и другие члены семьи, добавьте фотографии каждого из них в размере 50 х 50 мм. Если места на первой странице не хватает, прикрепите фото на нижнем поле оборотной стороны. Пожалуйста, пользуйтесь и в этом случае клейкой лентой. Напишите на оборотной стороне каждой фотографии имя, фамилию и дату рождения каждого члена семьи.
Альтернативно, Вы можете послать нам все анкеты с фотографиями, неприклеивая их. В этом случае, обратите внимание на то, чтобы они не выпали из конверта. Мы прикрепим фотографии и подрежем их до нужного формата, если это необходимо.
Как точен должен быть размер фото?
Пошлите нам, пожалуйста, фотографию в размере 50 х 50 мм. Если фотография слишком большая, мы можем подрезать её до нужного формата. Лучше всего пойдите к фотографу или воспользуйтесь фотоавтоматом, где Вы можете подобрать подходящий размер.
