Кто может участвовать?
Исключённые страны (родины)
Великобритания (кроме Северной рландии), Народная республика Китай, Пакистан, Индия, Филиппинские острова, Вьетнам, Корея, Канада, Мексика, Ямайка, Сальвадор, Гаити, Колумбия и Доминиканская республика.
В основном каждый человек. Единственные исключения Đ это те, кто родился в странах, из которых большое число людей эмигрировали в США.
Страна Вашего гражданства не важна в этом случае. Самую важную роль играет Ваша родина по настоящим политическим мировым картам.
Лица, рождённые в вышеназванных исключённых странах, могут подать заявку, если их муж или жена родились в одной из стран, признанных программой Çdv-2011Č, или, если они родились в исключённой стране, в которой их родители в то время жили только временно.

или его эквивалент

обучение
Единственное дополнительное условие Đ доказательсто, что вы сдали выпускной экзамен американской ÇHigh SchoolČ или его эквивалент в вашей стране или что вы (в течение последних пяти лет) работали два года по профессии, которая требует как минимум двухлетнего обучения. Доказательство этих предпосылок необходимо только в том случае, если Вы выиграли ÇGreenCardČ. Когда Вы только подаёте анкету, вам ещё не нужно их доказывать.
