Personal Consultation

This is a one-on-one session during which we shall examine your specific needs and qualifications for a visa, provide you with all the information on available visa options, assist you with the preparation of the visa application, and give you other pertinent information. The venue for the interview/consultation session is open. You could pay us a visit at our Berlin offices; or you could talk to one of our qualified staff over the phone. Most matters can also be resolved by extensive e-mail correspondence. In some cases and certain areas counselling in your home town is also available. Please contact us for details.

Consultation Fee: US$ 100.-- per hour (after free evaluation)

Application for a Work Permit or an Immigrant Visa

The entire process will be handled by US immigration lawyers, from the moment you fill out the necessary application forms, through the personal interview session, until you receive your visa.

Professional Fee: Depending on the type of visa you’re applying for, the charge for legal services will be about US$ 3,000 to US$5,000. There will be additional charges if you submit any documents that require translation into English. Keep in mind that you will also have to pay a specific fee for each visa application. Permanent Resident Status via the “Green Card Lottery”:

Complete consulation services, from the application phase until you finally receive your Green Card. We cannot, however, influence your chances of success when you use this option.
