USCIS: change of address possible online
US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has introduced a new tool that will allow you, effective immediately, to inform them online about any change of address. Therefore, it is no longer required (but still possible) to send in the completed form AR-11 with your new address by mail.
In addition, applicants with a pending application inside the US, e.g. extension applications, can now change their address even on short notice so that outgoing documents will be sent to the correct address.

H-2B cap reached for second half of 2008
US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will not accept H-2B petitions received after January 2, 2008. The cap of 33,000 H-2B petitions for the second half of 2008 with an employment start date after April 1, has been reached. New petitions cannot be submitted before April1, 2008, for employment start date after October1, 2008.
