H-2B cap reached for second half of fiscal year:

Since January 7, 2009 US Citizenship and Immigration Services does not accept any further H-2B petitions for the second half of the fiscal year 2009, since enough petitions have been received for start of employment before October 1. For all rejected petitions or petitions received after January 7, the submission fee will be refunded. Petitions for employees starting after October 1 cannot be submitted before April 1, 2009.
