Dear Reader,
Welcome to our newsletter.
We hope all of you had a nice Easter and are enjoying the beautiful spring weather! Read about how the US celebrates Abraham Lincoln’s 200th birthday in this edition’s Stories and Lifestyle section. We have also included some information about the states of Nevada and New Hampshire.
By now we have the first winner in the DV-2010 lottery, who is, however, not from Europe but from Africa. Since the US government notifies winners from different regions at different times, we don’t expect to hear about the first German winners before the beginning of May. The last of the green card winners won’t be determined before the middle or end of July. We will notify all of them as soon as possible, by phone or email, and send their winner’s documents and detailed further information by mail.
Have fun reading!
Sincerely yours,
The AMERICAN DREAM team
