Green card lottery update

Later than ever before, on August 23, 2007, the State Department finally published the winners statistics for the green card program DV-2008. The result, however, was very nice. 1,469 people from Germany won, the highest number since 1999! 132 people from Switzerland won, and 70 from Austria. You will find the complete results, including other countries, in a preliminary overview on our homepage.

We already announced in our last newsletter that there would be another lottery, and now the date for that has been set: applications may be submitted to the US authorities starting October 3, application deadline at The American Dream has for now been set for November 15, 2007.

Special conditions for registration are available, as every year, until September 30.
