"Germany is facing recession," "Germany's economy still on the downswing."

That or something like it could be read in all the bigger German newspapers last weekend. These headlines were caused by a report of the Ifo Institute in Munich, evaluating the economic climate in Germany in a study. So this is a good time to focus on those markets that are still functioning perfectly, such as the US (see also our Short News section).

So we will again have news about the lottery, about other ways of going to the US, and many interesting links about the US in this newsletter.
