How do I get an advisory opinion (consultation) from a US labor organization?
Before the application can be submitted to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, you will need an advisory opinion (consultation) from the US. The purpose of this is simply to protect US athletes, artists, and performers from foreign competition. Therefore, you need a written advisory opinion from a US labor organization, stating that there are no objections to your stay in the US.
