Visa Waiver Program » What happens, if I overstay the 90-day limit?
VWP travelers who have overstayed the 90-day limit (or the time stated in their I-94 W) can expect to be denied re-entry into the US under the VWP. The longer you overstayed, the more severe the consequences will be. You can be barred temporarily or even permanently from re-entering the US.
If you have any reason to expect you will be staying for more than 90 days, please do not travel under the VWP. Instead, please apply for a B-1/B-2 visa early enough.
Dear The American Dream Team: Thank you so much for your support and the professional counselling.
