THE AMERICAN DREAM is a government accredited consultation office for immigrants to the USA according to Federal German Law (Emigrant Protection Law AuswSG v. 1973, §1.1 - 1.4). Immigration consulting may not be practiced in Germany without an official government license according to the above mentioned law.
THE AMERICAN DREAM is the first private corporation to have received such a recognition.
