EB-1 Visa - "Priority Workers" Persons of national interest to the U.S.
The U.S. are always trying to attract highly-qualified foreign workers to their own country. In order to achieve this, they established the "Priority Workers" category - this grants the best and brightest professionals on the international market to apply for a green card.
There are three categories of EB-1 Visas:
- EB-1A for persons with extraordinary ability MORE
- EB-1B for outstanding professors and researchers MORE
- EB-1C for managers and executives of multinational companies MORE
