EB-3 Visa – “Skilled, Professional and Other Workers”
The EB-3 category is probably one of the most popular green card categories in US immigration law. This category gives people who don't have extraordinary/exceptional skills, no advanced degrees and no executive positions in multinational companies the chance to obtain an immigration visa.
The EB-3 green card is available for the largest group of applicants and is divided into three subcategories:
- Professionals (persons holding a bachelor's degree)
- skilled workers
- other workers
The consequence is that there are a lot of administrative barriers for the EB-3 green card and processing times can take up to several years.
