We would like to recommend to you the following TV event: September 13, 9pm, the German network Kabel 1 will present a 45-minute documentation about Dirks family who emigrated to Texas, where they established their restaurant "Friesenhaus" with bakery (www.friesenhausnb.com) in New Braunfels in March of 2005 with the help of The American Dream. By the way, they are still looking for a baker or a cook to become part of their German-American team.
