Green card lottery update
Only 6 weeks left before the official application deadline of this year's lottery DV-2008! The American Dream will still accept applications until November 30, 2006!
As has been reported, the number of participants will probably be significantly lower this year due to the many reports about a possible cancellation of the green card lottery. That, of course, increases the chances for all those who are participating anyway.
However, even if they were only rumors this year - the bill canceling the Diversity Visa Program is not yet history! Debates about this bill will probably continue after the November elections in the US, we expect a decision some time next winter. The new law, however, whatever it may say, will not have any effect on this year's lottery.
Anyone who is not yet registered and would like to use the maybe last chance of winning a green card, may apply now. In addition, The American Dream is giving out other non-cash prizes such as a flight to the US on the occasion of our ten-year company anniversary. Find more information on our website.
