Green card lottery update
It's starting to get serious - in a short while, we will reach the final application deadline for this year's green card lottery! On November 1 already, the American Dream will start submitting the first digitalized applications, the entire process will probably be finished by mid-December, so that we can send out the participation confirmations to all our customers.
Anyone who has not yet sent in their application should do this sooner rather than later, if possible before November 15. The earlier we can start handling the application, the more time we have until the deadline, so that we can digitalize the photo without error and correct all possible mistakes.
To further improve our customer service, by the way, we have completely changed our hotline number the area code of Berlin. The previous service number 0180-511 0 511 is still available, but with 0.12 Euro per minute it is more expensive than the new number 030-511 0 511 that can be called from anywhere and only costs the regular landline fees. So if you want to know more about the lottery or have any questions, you can reach us under that number or via email on info@americandream.de at any time.
